T-type tipping gear is a powerful device composed of hydraulic cylinder and link-rod magnify mechanism. The characteristic of this mechanism is that, two ends of the cylinder hinged with sub-frame or tipping bracket respectively. The three endpoints of tipping bracket are hinge to hydraulic cylinder, pulling rod bracket and dump body. The two ends of pulling rod hinge to sub-frame and tipping bracket respectively. During working, the hydraulic cylinder pushes the tipping bracket through pulling rod; Consequently lift up the dump body. This mechanism has compact structure and it is stable on transverse, smooth in lifting process, and the force distribution of the rod is even. Designed with CAD program, make it has several advantage, such as simple structure, low oil pressure and small fluctuation on the oil pressure curve
