F type tipping gear is a powerful lifting mechanism composed by cylinder and link-rod mechanism. The technique is imported from KROUKTO KAIHATSU KOGYO Co., of Japan. The advantages of the mechanism are stated as follows: The two endpoints of the cylinder hinge with the body and the tipping bracket respectively, and tipping bracket hinges with sub frame; High stability, high efficiency and tipping moves smoothly. A little additional bending moment add to sub frame, and transfer it to the body. By this way, it takes full advantage of the overall intensity and rigidity of the body. Because the cylinder of this mechanism is floating, some measures were adopted to improve the transversal stability of tipping. Such as an enlargement span between the two brackets is adopted, whole axle structure is used on the hinge between the two tipping brackets.
