2. Particular design of mash seam welding
The design of using lap joint structure and union melt welding realize the replacement of parts of the drum, thus to make the drum's using life is as long as chassis's.
3. New design of mixing blade
Press 6 new kinds complicated curved surface blades through 6 sets large moulds. Make sure the spiral curve into Archimedean curve and logarithmic function curve. Weld the blades together according to curve chart.
4. Three-dimensional stirring function
Press complex shape blades and weld them with helical line to realize three-dimensional stirring, thus to ensure that the concrete is even, unsegragating, and no change of slump.
5. Exhaust heating device
We develop and design the exhaust heating device for water tank. The exhaust pipe goes though the water tank which will avoid water freezing in winter.
6. Comfortable cab
Configured with air conditioner, stereo equipment, sleeper and reasonable controls arrangement, the spacious cab is comfort for man's driving.
